Run description:
The leech is a very classic run within an hour of victoria. Immediately below the put-in is a perfectly clean 9 Meter waterfall. After the first waterfall the river alternates between boulder-garden and slides. Around 5-6 waterfall/slides in this run, the most serious of which is in the middle of the run and consists of a 4 meter waterfall onto a 9 meter slide. All sections are relatively easy portaging, and the river is never in much of a canyon.
The only problem with this run is access to the Boneyard-Main road. The logging company in the area (timberwest) has been closing public-access recently.
